Denki is a typical ten year old boy, but there’s something different about him that not even he knows about… until now. One afternoon Denki and his friends Haruka, Aki, Natsumi, and Fuyuki meet a little snake that falls from the sky. Not too soon after they get caught up in a thunderstorm and Denki gets hit which awakens a power to fly and make lightning! And very soon after that the kids discover a whole new world high above the clouds called Atmos with a race of people called Celians who have the amazing ability to make weather!
